Key Duties

Working for various Directors you will provide support as follows (but not limited to)

  • Providing technical, research and administrative support
  • Production of compliant and detailed Suitability Reports
  • Ensure all client records are fully compliant and up to date
  • Annual client reviews
About You

You will have good previous experience of Pensions and Investments gained in a similar role preferably with an IFA.

Diploma qualified (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential depending on experience.

Demonstrate knowledge of and proficiency in research tools ideally to include at least some of the following:

  • Pension Research: O&M
  • Fund and Portfolio Research: FE Analytics
  • Protection and Annuity Research: Avelo Exchange
  • Iress Database system

You will be an excellent communicator both oral and written have strong telephone skills and strong systems and technical abilities including knowledge of Microsoft office software applications.

The ability to work on our own initiative and deal with general client enquiries in an efficient and organised manner is essential.


The Role

This role is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Adviser, who enjoys working with high net worth clients, who is looking for a role with excellent back office support and a client base to service.

We pride ourselves in the quality of service and advice we provide to our clients and your goal will be to ensure clients make wise decisions to meet their financial goals, advise clients on current financial issues, customise client’s financial plans, and build strong relationships to retain existing clients and build introducer relationships and generate new business.

Whilst this is not a pre-requisite, we would also consider applicants who have their own portfolio of transferrable clients

    About You

    You will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Adviser, with Level 4 qualifications, with Competent Adviser Status already have been achieved, and previous experience ideally in an IFA or Wealth Management Company.

    You should have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a flexible and thorough approach with the ability to prioritise work.
